Though mainly older material, we do have some more recent -check us out!    General Pricing Guidelines The current editions of Scotts are used for pricing.  Stamps in F/VF  condition, or better, 45-55% of Scotts  Those stamps that are MNH will be listed separately if they are issued prior to that period so stated in Scotts where the MNH pricing is in effect. Mint stamps  listed after that period may or may not be NH.  Unless stated differently by Scotts: Mint stamps that are hinged, where Scotts shows MNH, will be discounted 25%.   20th century mint stamps, without gum, will be discounted 50%.   19th century mint stamps, without gum, will be discounted 25%.  Stamps with flaws, will have an additional discount of 50-90% plus, depending on the severity of such..   Request a free list    Contact information  E-mail : benson@oregoncoast.com  (503) 392-3804    G&C  P.O.
