Saving your address book

1. Open up the address book window, see the top task bar, it will say File Edit View Go. Click on Communicator then go down to Address Book)
2. Click on File, and you will see a drop down menu.
3. Go down to "Save as" and this will open up your save window.
4. Make sure to select which drive and folder you want your address book saved to.
5. File name will be address, and the type of file will be html file.
