Don't leave a copy on server - Outlook 2007



Step 1

 

Load Outlook Express

Click Tools from the main menu.

Click E-mail Accounts...

Step 2

 

Choose View or change existing e-mail accounts under E-mail.

click Next.

Step 3

 

Choose your account and click Change...




Step 4

 

Click on the

More Settings

button.




Step 5

 

Clear the option: Leave a copy of messages on the server.

Click OK.
