Don't leave a copy on server - Outlook 2007



Step 1

 

Load Outlook Express

Click Tools from the main menu.

Click Account Settings ...

Step 2

 

Select the POP3 e-mail account that you want to change, and then click Change E-mail.

click Next.





Step 4

 

Clear the Leave a copy of messages on server box

Click OK!
