Set up a shortcut dialer
(the long way)

Locate the Windows Mail icon on your desktop.

Click on Tools, then Accounts

 

 

 

Select E-mail Account

 

 

 

 

Type your email addres
Type the following incoming
and outgoing mail servers (leave authentication box blank)
Type your password

Entering the password here is not required in the email setup, but if you do not type it in, you will be prompted every time you want to retrieve your email.
Click in the little box so you don't have to go online immediately.
