Tucked away in the coastal community of Neskowin, Pacific Sands looks out on one of the most unspoiled beaches on the Oregon coast. Two great monoliths grace the shoreline, Proposal Rock, which stands sentinel on Neskowin Beach, and Haystack Rock (not to be confused with the famous Haystack Rock further up the coast in Cannon Beach), which can be seen ten miles to the north at Cape Kiwanda in Pacific City.
