INTERNET: Literally millions of prospective buyers start their real estate search on the internet. Internet exposure is critical. In the last ten years, more than 80% of my business was generated from the internet - it is extremely important to choose a professional real estate agent who is skilled with internet technology. TRADITIONAL PRINT ADVERTISING: Let's not forget the basics. Traditional print advertising is effective in some cases. Not everyone is connected to the internet.

•  The Headlight Herald (Tillamook's weekly paper) – basic and featured showcase ads.

•  The Real Estate Book – glossy, full-color booklet published monthly and widely distributed.

•  The Cannon Beach Gazette – I frequently advertise here to capture the attention of prospective buyers in this very high-priced market.

MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES (MLS): Most local Realtors belong to only one multiple-listing service. I belong to two so that hundreds of Real Estate Agents region-wide will know about your property. It is very important to expose your property to as many real estate agents as possible that are looking for the right property for their buyer prospects. In addition, I have access to Clatsop and Lincoln County MLS(s) and frequently represent buyers who are looking to purchase property somewhere on the north coast. I belong to two multiple listing services to expose your property to hundreds of real estate brokers in Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington:

GROWING REFERRAL NETWORK: I work with hundreds of cooperating brokers region-wide and have an excellent referral network with agents throughout the country. Additionally, many buyer prospects recognize the Coldwell Banker brand and frequently choose to work with Coldwell Banker agents exclusively, no matter where they intend to buy or sell. We offer relocation services and have access to a network of resources for lenders, contractors, inspectors, and specialists in the real estate industry.
