The Sunday Oregonian – essential for buyer prospects in the Portland-metro area. Look for the Coast section in the classified ads.

The Headlight Herald (Tillamook's weekly paper) – basic and featured showcase ads.

The Real Estate Book – glossy, full-color booklet published monthly and widely distributed, my listings are always featured in this publication, sometimes on the cover.

The CAPA Guide – newsprint monthly magazine – good exposure for vacant land, farms, and commercial/agricultural property.

The Cannon Beach Gazette – I frequently advertise here to capture the attention of prospective buyers in this very high-priced market.

MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES (MLS): Most local Realtors belong to only one multiple-listing service. My litsings can be found on three so that hundreds of Real Estate Agents region-wide will know about your property. It is very important to expose your property to as many real estate agents as possible that are looking for the right property for their buyer prospects. Locally, your property will also be placed on Charter Cable TV Channel 35 and exposed to thousands of residents, vacationers, and second homeowners.

GROWING REFERRAL NETWORK: I work with hundreds of cooperating brokers region-wide and have an excellent referral network with agents throughout the country. Additionally, many buyer prospects recognize the Coldwell Banker brand and frequently choose to work with Coldwell Banker agents exclusively, no matter where they intend to buy or sell.
