History
"Tillamook Precision came to
life in 1986, springing forth from a hobby
of mine. I bought a small bench lathe and then a milling machine about
1981-82, and immediately began taking in work to justify the expense of
the equipment. Funny thing is, there has been almost no time since then
to do any hobby work, I guess I found my niche. In 1986 my employer sold
out, the new owner fired everyone and the hobby shop became a lifeboat.
We love our work, and we think it shows in the quality of our work".
