All rentals require a 2 night minimum, other than holidays, which require a 3 night minimum.

Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday stays. Inquire about stays longer than one week.

$200 refundable security deposit is required to secure a reservation. Balance of payment is due at least two weeks prior to stay.

The full security deposit will be returned within two weeks after stay, assuming the house is left in acceptable condition. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, this is a smoke free and pet free house. If there is any sign of either, the entire security deposit will automatically be forfeited.
