DNS changes will be necessary on some XP computers.

Others may require the DNS server numbers to be configured.

Please follow the steps below to make sure your computer settings reflect the following TCP/IP settings. This is very easy to do once you open Control Panel:

Double
click on
Network Connections
to open the
connections

Right-click
the mouse
on your
LAN or
Local Area
Conneciton

Make sure
the following
radio buttons
are selected

Click OK

If this doesn't work, you may have to configure the DNS servers
