1. In the menu line, click on the Apple, go down to System Preferences

2. In System Preferences window, in Internet and Network section, click on the Network icon

3. In the upper middle part of the page, click on PPP

4. You'll see the phone number line.  Type 503 just in front of the phone number.  Don't enter anything in the Alternate Phone Number line.  All the alternating takes place on our end after you've dialed in to the one number. 

5. Click on Apply Now.  Then close the window, and you're finished.

Mac OS9X

1. Click on the Apple, go down to Control Panels

2. In Control Panels, go down to Remote Access

3. You'll see the phone number line.  type 503 just in front of the phone number.

4. Close the window.  When it asks, tell it you want to save the changes.  And you're finished.
