Two Children aged 12 and under are free.
There is a $5 charge for each additional person.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed in any room.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. ANY violation of this policy will
result in an additional cleaning fee of $150.00.
Kitchen Units
Two night minimum for all kitchen units.
72 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made prior to 72 hours - No charge.
Cancellation made less than 72 hours - 1 night lodging plus tax.
No cancellation, No show - Full reservation charge.
Office Hours
Summer - 8 am - 10 pm.
Winter - 8 am - 9 pm.
Check-in Times
Check-In is 2 pm to 9 pm.
Check-Out is Noon.
Television
Cable TV is available in all rooms - HBO & ESPN included.
Internet
Free Wireless Internet is available in all rooms except Cottage #29..
Pets
The Terimore is Pet Friendly.
There is a charge of $7 per night for one pet and $10 for two.
Laundry Facilities
Coin-Op Laundry on-site.
Stores
Grocery Store, deli and espresso only 1 block away.
Should a group misrepresent itself, it will be required to vacate the premises
immediately and without refund.
