Rates and Policies
May 1 to October 30th - $300.00 per night or $1950 per week
Nov. 1 to April 30th - $225.00 per night or $1450 per week (excludes Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years and Spring Break).
2-night minimum except Holidays and Holiday weekends.
3-night minimum Holidays and Holiday weekends.
Reservation Policy
One half the rent is required to secure the reservation and the balance is due thirty days prior to arrival date. If reservation is made less than 30 days
full payment is required at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 30-day cancellation policy. A refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee will be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
date. Less than 30 days, a refund will only be issued if the unit is rebooked for those days.

Check in time is 3:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am
Smoking Policy
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed in any room.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. ANY violation of this policy
will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150.00.
